First timers who will definitely return in the near future! This place is one of a kind with a genuine atmosphere and food that is fresh and timely. The service was awesome and all the servers worked great as a team.

The restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere, decor, vibe, and especially the food were extraordinary — genuinely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had when it comes to quality and ambiance. Unfortunately, the service did not match the level of the restaurant at all. As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, the first thing we were asked was if we wanted takeout, which honestly made us feel judged and unwelcome before even being seated. Once we said it was a table for two, we were placed in the middle of an open area with no privacy or intimacy whatsoever. What disappointed me most was the lack of hospitality. No one asked if it was our first time visiting, gave recommendations, or made any effort to create an experience. For a restaurant with such incredible food and atmosphere, the service truly holds it back from being a 5-star experience. I would absolutely return for the food and ambiance, but I sincerely hope the customer service improves because this place has so much potential.

On our way back home from Pittsburgh, we were looking where to eat quick simple lunch so we saw comalli. The dining is spacious, modern and seems more to american style-decor for taqueria. We both ordered the same taco al pastor. Also i ordered burrito to go. The tacos is pretty good, the only thing is for the price they were small than usual taquerias that we’ve been.

This was my 3rd time dining at the new location. 2 out of those 3 times, our service wasn’t so great. It just seems like everyone is unamused and is not passionate about working here. You don’t really feel welcomed at all. We waited over 10 minutes for our drinks when it wasn’t even busy. We were never asked how our food was after it was brought out. We had to flag someone down at the end for our check and boxes. As a person who is a part of the foodie community, I have supported this business for a while now. I’ve recommended it to so many people. I have brought family, friends, and coworkers. I absolutely love it here and the food is always outstanding. The vibes are just so off and I’m truly hoping it starts to come around. I never want to bring a business down but I just want them to be aware and it seems like other people are feeling these vibes as well.

Vibe is upscale and not your typical gaudy decor that is used in many Mexican restaurants. Menus is just right and not overwhelming with choices. Food is outstanding, fresh ingredients, bright flavors and neatly plated. Service is friendly but a bit slow when busy BUT they are new in this location and likely still getting their feet under them. We will be back many times! Second visit yesterday and food was delicious. My wife had a bowl and I had classic tacos…all very tasty. Super busy at 6 on a Saturday evening…that says a lot!
